About updating reason core security

I've been trying to find a way to update reason core security manually for a while now but I can't find a manual option/button for it anywhere in the program. If there's one, where is it? How do I do it? I don't trust auto-updates too much so I want to be sure and click on something to ask for the program to update itself. Also, where to check when the latest update happened?
